mixed feelings about this stay

plastic cups limited english

i was disappointed with a few things. there were many tourists it was very crowded. the plastic cups at the bars felt cheap and the pool area seemed worn. front desk staff also had trouble understanding english when i had a question it was frustrating

the resort is huge and has many facilities. all the staff were the most friendly and efficient people. the food is to die for and the rooms are always clean.

the staff was good. i found a laundry room with two washers and one dryer it was really handy to get clothes washed though there was often a wait for it to become free

staff provided top-quality service with a smile it was like coming home every time the app had all the information needed including a chat function to ask questions or make requests. the morning buffet is a hit feature with many options

the grand beautiful bhuri wing was spacious modern and had all amenities included in the room there are many pools to choose from including a kiddie pool. the hotel boasts direct beach access with lots of sun beds available

the resort is away from the hustle and bustle but minutes away from town beach access is really easy and it's easy to find restaurants if wanting to eat off-site. it's also easy to get hold of tuk-tuks if you want to venture further afield
